A minimum order of 25 of each item is required. We accept orders in increments of 5 for US orders and 25 for international orders.

DESIGN AND PROOFING turnaround times are as follows:
2-5 business days for first proof, 1-3 business days for changes and revisions
3-10 business days for production/printing time (after proof approval).
Please order your wedding stationery once you have ALL your details finalized!
Holding back your order for weeks or months while waiting on wedding details may cause Etsy to put on hold/closing temporarily our shop.

Attention: We are located in the US, and all of our pricing and quotes are listed in USD.
Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the content of the box to see that all cards (and envelopes, if applicable) arrived safely and are not damaged. Please contact us immediately to remedy any issue!

We do not accept returns or exchanges because all our pieces are made-to-order. Our system is built to allow us to process orders immediately upon receipt.
We cannot stop or make changes to an order once it enters into the system.
Once your order is received it is processed and we are not able to cancel or change the order.

If returns are exceptionally accepted on non-customized, generic merchandise, the Buyer must return the item in their original condition to our Canadian design studio at their expense. Return will be processed once the item is received minus the original shipping and packaging cost.

If an item is received damaged, please contact us so we can make arrangements to replace it for you. The Postal Service requires photos and proof of damage, so please take photos of the damaged items AND packaging.
